HP Roofing Pro Was Founded
HP Roofing Pro was founded as a licensed, insured, and professionally trained commercial roofing company (CSLB License C-39 #1043546), serving Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties. Founder Jeff Lim built the company on a foundation of honest assessments, transparent documentation, and long-term accountability, drawing on his prior experience managing commercial property portfolios with the U.S. General Services Administration.
2019
Building the Team
Every project is staffed with highly qualified employees trained in the construction and roofing industry, and certified for the installation of the products we offer. HP Roofing Pro invested early in training and certification to ensure consistent quality across every commercial project.
2020-2022
Established Commercial Portfolio
HP Roofing Pro expanded across Greater Southern California, completing roofing projects for warehouses, retail centers, office buildings, healthcare facilities, and institutional properties. The company has installed tens of millions of square feet of commercial roofs, building a portfolio that includes properties serving some of the most recognized brands in the country.
