Our CEO, Jeff Lim graduated from UCLA with degrees in Mathematics and Economics. He worked in the public sector for the United States General Service Administration (GSA) for over 8 years.

Jeff served in the Public Building Service (PBS) division where he gained extensive experience and knowledge in Real Estate Asset Development, Property Management, and Construction Services. During Jeff's tenure at GSA, he managed various types of commercial properties as well as large capital improvement roofing projects.

These roofing projects consisted of single ply roofing installation, roof coating restoration, and roof tear-off and installation.

In 2017, Jeff started the company HP Roofing Pro with the mission to provide commercial property owners and commercial property decision-makers the knowledge and up-to-date information in the roofing industry.

HP Roofing Pro will give decision-makers the ability to make a cost-efficient and sustainable decision for their roofing needs.

Furthermore, having been a decision-maker for commercial assets, Jeff hopes that his clients can better understand the different roofing applications out in the marketplace to make informed decisions
