CorruKraft Packaging Solutions operates a 24/7 cardboard manufacturing facility in Alhambra, California, producing tens of thousands of customized packaging products daily using high-tech machinery. The facility cannot afford downtime.
For several years prior to our involvement, the facility had been experiencing persistent roof leaks severe enough to disrupt operations and impact production for extended periods. A full roof replacement was not viable, the operational downtime required would have resulted in substantial financial losses.
HP Roofing Pro delivered a cost-effective, minimally disruptive solution: a high-performance roof coating system installed across 280,000 square feet of metal roof, combined with the replacement of 455 skylights and approximately 2,000 linear feet of roof gutters.
The project was completed over approximately eight weeks. Throughout the entire process, the facility remained fully operational, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without a single interruption to production.
The result: all persistent leaks eliminated, skylights replaced, drainage system overhauled, and hundreds of thousands of dollars saved compared to a full metal roof tear-off and replacement.
