The building houses the Spectrum IT Department and operates 24/7.
Within the building are servers and sensitive IT equipment essential to the company’s operations and services. The building had a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof membrane that sprung numerous leaks over the years.

It was extremely important to Spectrum that the roof construction did not impact the building’s operations.

Furthermore, the roofing system reflects over 84% of UV rays, which will reduce energy consumption to condition the interior building space.
